Smart Nora comes with a default 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. You have an option to extend the warranty coverage for an additional period of 1, 2, or 3 years.
The extended warranty enables us to offer continuous support for a longer window of time and maximize the benefits of our high-quality sourcing and manufacturing.
How To Extend Your Warranty?
If the delivery date of your device was less than 1 year ago, you are still covered under warranty and your purchase is eligible for an extension.

Can I apply a discount coupon on a warranty purchase?
Discounts are not applicable on payments for warranty extensions.
My device is out of the warranty period, can I still apply for an extension?
As of now, we offer extensions only to purchases which are still under the default 1 year warranty. In case we offer extensions to other purchases, we will notify via email.
